Grant Funding experts, Granted Consultancy Ltd, have teamed up with Trowers & Hamlins LLP to champion the cause of ambitious businesses looking to successfully apply for Grant Funding or raise investment for their business. The Grant Funding and IP Masterclass will be held at Granted Consultancy’s head office in Exeter and aims to support innovative companies in their quest for business growth.

8.30am Arrival, networking & breakfast
8.50am Welcome and introduction to the Grant Funding and IP Masterclass by Granted Directors
9.00am Trowers & Hamlins will be discussing how to use IP to raise the valuation of your company when seeking investment.
9.30 Granted guest David Clift will discuss of some key accounting and tax points, including an outline of the Patent Box tax saving opportunity, R&D Expenditure Credits and how grants affect the tax incentives for R&D, and some tips for making the ‘grant audit’ process easier.
9.45am Granted Ltd Directors will review the potential effects of the latest government policies on grant funding. We will examine the current UK and EU grants available, reveal the funding opportunities that you’d be most likely to succeed with and explain how to avoid the pitfalls of grant writing.
10.15am – 12 pm Opportunity for businesses to discuss funding options one on one with Granted and IP advice with Trowers & Hamlins (pre-booking essential).
