Once you have secured your grant, the list of reporting requirements from the funder doesn’t stop there. The funder needs confirmation that you are delivering the project stated in your successful application; this means reporting monthly, quarterly, and at the end of the project.
We’ll take care of the demanding administrative and reporting processes so you can focus on your project. With a deep understanding of funders’ project processes, we can support you with our full Grant Project Management service.
The funder will want to ensure you can deliver the project set out in your successful application. Upon receiving your Grant Offer Letter, our team will support you with the initial project documentation, answering funder queries, financial forecasting, and more.
We’ll support and attend meetings with the funder, help you make a good impression with your Monitoring Officer, and, most importantly, ensure all the project documentation is set up correctly.
This stage is critical to the cash flow of your project. We’ll help prepare the required reporting documentation for each quarter. Reports include Progress Reports, Second Level Project Plans, Project Risk Registers, Financial Forecasting, and Project Exploitation Planning. Without accurate reporting, you won’t get paid.
If you need to make some changes, we’re here to help. Our team will provide you with best practice guidance on making cost changes and project alterations to cause the least project disruption and maximise the value of the grant.
To close out your project, we’ll support preparations for the final report, including any final compliance elements requested by the funder.
